This blog began as a way for me to record my journey with PVNS, its struggles as well as many moments of success.The posts have slowly been moving away from PVNS as has my life, but PVNS(pigmented villonodular synovitis) is still a part of my life....I hope others can read my experiences and feel less isolated. My surgery was July 17th 2007, and the posts after that date include pics of the incisions/scars. Best of luck to other PVNS patients/survivors!
The last movie I saw in the theater was Sex and the City... until tonight. Tonight I went to the movies in lieu of Halloween festivities... and saw one of the most beautiful, touching movies I have seen in a LOOONG time... It was... beautiful... that's the only word I can use to describe this film... beautiful... A story of needing to be loved... just beautiful. I will buy this movie when it becomes available. Go see it.

Hello,
I have hypermobility and flat feet.
In 2010 I was diagnosed with PVNS in my right foot and have just had nucleur injections (Yattrium Injections) in my foot.
An MRI scan has shown bone erotion below my ankle and with my flat feet and tumours that are wrapped around my ankle and after a biopsy operation that has caused nerve damage do you think I could go back to full duties as a police constable??
